2023 SMRWF EVENTS

Jennifer Horn in January. Jennifer Horn, talk radio host of The Morning Answer with Jen and Grant weekdays on AM870 The Answer was a very special treat since no one knows CA politics better than Jennifer and we all got to hear her live and in person!

February with Jesse Holguin, an ex-gang member who gave his life to Christ after being shot and paralyzed. In 2018 he founded LEXIT. It was very moving to hear Jesse’s journey from prison to conservative activism.

An evening meeting in March with Nick Adams, presidential appointee, TV commentator and author of several books.

Author and historian Don Jans was our speaker for April. A lifelong student of Russian history and the teachings of Karl Marx, Don showed us how we are in the throes of a movement to fundamentally transform our nation.

Our May speaker was Julie Hartman, the youngest person to host a nationally syndicated talk radio program who also co-hosts a weekly show with Dennis Prager.

For June, our guest speaker was Dr. Wen Chen. It was very fitting and timely to have her come speak to us about China’s infiltration into the U.S. and its threat to our nation.

September brought an evening meeting featuring Xaviaer DuRousseau. A former liberal who eventually changed from being a BLM activist to a conservative after trying to debunk Prager U videos.

In October, our speaker was the Director of Outreach, Meg Martinez, from Gays Against Groomers. Although there may be some differences, we share a common goal of opposing the trend of indoctrinating, sexualizing and medicalizing children under the guise of LGBTQIA+.

For our last meeting in November, Will Swaim was our guest speaker. Will is President of the CA Policy Center, an educational non-profit working for the prosperity of all Californians by eliminating public sector barriers to freedom.
