Please join SMRWF’s Community Service Committee for our Veterans Day Caring for America project. We will meet at SMRWF’s campaign headquarters on Thursday evening, November 10, to assemble hygiene kits for local homeless veterans, just in time for a Veterans Day delivery on Friday, November 11 at the Veterans Administration at Wadsworth VA in Westwood. We are looking for donations of travel size toiletries to include in the hygiene kits. Please feel free to drop off any of the following items at the SMRWF campaign headquarters ahead of time or bring them to the event: - Travel size shampoo - Travel size toothpaste - Adult toothbrushes - Travel size soap - Travel size hand sanitizer - Combs - Granola bars - Five dollar gift certificates for coffee shops or eateries You may also bring items to our SMRWF luncheon at Flame International on Wednesday, November 9.
