Steve has earned himself the reputation of being on the pulse of what is happening politically in our state. He is a political consultant and was a 2021 candidate for California Republican Party Chair. Steve is Senior Contributing Editor of California Political Review, one of the state’s most influential and respected publications for California political news and commentary. Steve was welcomed to the publication as the publisher and editor of a special section of the website called “California Political News and Views” where he addresses specific issues on California politics. He is the past president of the California Republican Assembly and has participated in Republican presidential campaigns since 1960. Steve is also active in numerous organizations including tax reform groups, the NRA and supporting groups of CPAC. Steve served in Vietnam in the First Infantry Division and lives in Ventura County with his wife of 50 years.
